Will senior candidates take an AI interview?
Not all of them, and you do not need all of them: the interview is for candidates who are interested. Those who take it talk about their work in detail, and the AI asks follow-up questions about their own experience, so the score reflects the person.
Does it work with LinkedIn Recruiter?
Yes. With a Recruiter seat, first messages go out as InMail and the search uses Recruiter filters. Standard accounts and Sales Navigator work too, with a connection request first.
Can I keep the client anonymous?
Yes. Set the search to share only the industry, or nothing, and every message follows that rule.
Will candidates know they are talking to AI?
Yes, at the interview. Candidates are told before it starts that they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded.
