## What's included

- **Search and Profile fit.** HunterFlow finds candidates for the role and scores each profile, so you choose who to contact first.
- **First messages from your profile.** Each candidate gets a personal message from your own profile, written around their experience.

## How minutes are counted

- **Testing is free.** Running a role on yourself with "Test on myself" uses no minutes.
- **Unused minutes roll over once.** Minutes you do not use carry into the next month.
- **When minutes run out.** New interview invitations wait until you add minutes. Links you already sent keep working, at your package’s extra-minute price.
- **Cancel any time.** Your package runs to the end of the month you paid for.

### Do unused minutes expire?

Unused minutes carry into the next month once, then expire.

### Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your package runs to the end of the month you paid for.

### Can I change packages?

Yes. An upgrade starts right away; a downgrade starts from your next month. Both are on the billing page.

### Do you charge for search or messages?

No. Search, messages and screening are included. Each package sets how many new candidates you can contact a month, equal to its interview minutes.
