HunterFlow takes an open role from a short brief to scored voice interviews in days. It finds candidates, writes to each one from your own profile, screens them and interviews them.

## One role, six steps

1. **Brief.** Describe the role in a chat or on a call. HunterFlow drafts the description and the interview questions for you to approve.
2. **Search.** HunterFlow finds candidates and scores each profile. You pick who to contact.
3. **First message.** Each candidate gets a personal message from your own LinkedIn profile.
4. **Screening.** When someone replies, HunterFlow asks up to three questions written for them. Tricky replies come to you.
5. **Interview.** Interested candidates get a link to a short AI voice interview and take it when it suits them. No scheduling.

### Does HunterFlow follow up with candidates who go quiet?

Yes, up to two short reminders, 48 hours apart.

### What can it tell candidates about the client and the pay?

Only what you allow. For each role you choose whether to name the client, share only the industry or keep it confidential, and whether to share the pay range.

### How fast do candidates hear back?

Within your working hours, 15–30 minutes after they write. Messages that arrive after hours get a reply once your working hours start again.

### What time zone are working hours in?

Yours. HunterFlow picks up your time zone from where you sign in and follows you when you travel.

### Can I reply to a candidate myself?

Yes. Reply straight from your own profile and HunterFlow steps back in that conversation. When HunterFlow flags a conversation "needs you", you can also answer it from HunterFlow.

### Does HunterFlow replace my ATS?

No. It works alongside your ATS: placements and client records stay where they are.
