## Built for how the GCC hires

- **Your working hours.** Messages go out and replies arrive within your working hours, in your time zone.
- **Discreet about the client.** Share the client’s name, only the industry, or nothing, as is common in GCC executive search.
- **Roles across the region.** Search by location for roles in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the rest of the GCC.
- **Candidates from abroad.** Search any country. With a LinkedIn Recruiter seat you can also look for people open to relocating.
- **Interviews across time zones.** A candidate in London or Mumbai takes the AI voice interview when it suits them. No scheduling.
- **English interviews.** Voice interviews run in English today.

## FAQ

### Does it work for roles in Saudi Arabia or Qatar?

Yes. Search filters by location, so you can run roles anywhere in the GCC. See also HunterFlow for [executive search](/for/executive-search).

### Can interviews run in Arabic?

Not yet. Interviews run in English today.

### Where is candidate data kept?

Our servers are in Germany (EU). We do not use candidate data to train our own AI models, and we delete it at the candidate’s or the recruiter’s request. See our [privacy policy](/privacy).

### Will LinkedIn restrict our accounts?

LinkedIn restricts accounts that send spam. HunterFlow sends personal messages at a human pace, only during working hours and only to the people you chose. See how it works for [recruitment agencies](/for/recruitment-agencies).

### Can I pay in AED?

Prices are in USD today. See the [pricing page](/pricing).
