HunterFlow is an AI recruiter for recruiting agencies that takes an open role from LinkedIn search to scored voice interviews in days, not weeks.

## Who we are

HunterFlow is built in the UAE. Built with the hands-on experience of a working recruiting agency.

We build the tool we wanted as recruiters: an AI that does the repetitive work of finding, contacting and screening candidates, and hands every judgment call back to a person.

## What we believe

- **Candidates deserve a real conversation.** Every message is written for the person reading it, and every question they ask gets an answer.
- **A person makes every hiring decision.** HunterFlow scores and recommends. You decide who is contacted, who moves on and who gets the offer.

- **We say where others are better.** If another tool fits your team better, we will tell you.
